I am so happy you are here.
I have been excessively obsessed with finding a way to bring my most trusted wellness practices - meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra & sound therapy to the populations who need it the most; teachers, nurses, executives….wait, is there a person who doesn’t need these?

My life time dream of blowing out an old bus, turning it into a mobile studio and training “RE:FINERS” to deliver wellness to the masses started to actualize and then pivoted to an on demand app designed to heal the masses, one breath at a time.
